What seats will fit in my 85?
Ive read on some forums that seat swaps are very common since the stock ones do not recline or slide etc.
I heard 90's suburbans and tahoe seats are good.
Anybody have any experience with this?

ive heard that rumor too but have yet to see it. i think 86 and newer k5 seats recline and obviously would be a direct swap. the k5 seems like a pretty easy platform to put in seats out of anything as its basically a flat floor.
i got 8 way power, memory, heated leather seats in my 86 pick up truck out of a 09 volvo. and took about 15 hours to get them things in there. so basically with a bit of work you can make anything happen. i do believe the suburban and pick up truck floors are different then the k5s though
i just googled "tahoe seats k5 blazer" and a bunch of posts came up about it

You can use about any seat out there. I'm guessing that you're more interested in a direct swap without having to change much...
In my 86 I had a set of seats from a Tahoe, they needed a little work hogging out the bolt holes but very easy to mod them to fit.
Some guys use the later style with the integrated seatbelts, I'm not a fan of these because of the factory floor mounting points, weak spots prone to breaking.

The bolts in the floor almost exactly lined up with the bolts in the seat frame. Sorry I don't have any more pictures and don't have my 86 anymore or I'd take some more pictures.
I believe they were early 90's Tahoe seats.
