will that tops fit a 89 i heard that it wouldnt and if the top wouldnt would the slider windows? also why wont a lift off the 79 work on the 89?

 

tryed to put a 76' top on my 86'
didnt work !! bolt holes and aglignment pins locations in a different place , so
technically if you wanted to redrill the holes , i believe it would work .
yes the windows will interchange !! I put the sliders out the 76' in my 86' !
