Default Window crank replacement. How-to? 1974 K5.

Is there any sort of write up or guide to replacing the window crank mechanism within the door of a '74 Blazer?

I just did this on the front door in my '74 and I have had the entire regulator out of the tailgate as well depending on which one you are talking about. I didn't take any pictures though. It can be a pain, but I can try to answer any questions you have along the way.
