Default Just out of curiosity...

What was the last year for the solid front axle in the K5's? I thought they ended in '87 but appearantly not.

Thanks for the answer. There's a '94 minus the engine close by for $700 and I didn't want to waste my time if it had the IFS.

the 1/2 and 3/4 ton pick up trucks went to that new body style with IFS in 87. but the k5s, suburbans and 1ton pick ups didnt
