01 radiator drain valve

i know this is a dumb question, but how do i open the radiator drain valve on an 01 2 dr. it does not look like a drain i have ever seen before,do i need a special tool, or is there a trick i am missing? thanks, DOC

am i even looking at the right thing here? this is a piece of plastic in a tube with what i can only describe as tamper proof screw slot with a square hole in the middle of it? help please? thanx, DOC

You use a allen wrench, just did this today.
