will my03 blazer ls 4x4 handle(pull) 7 X 14 utility trailer

with a small car on it?

Your owner's manual will have tbe specs for towing. These values vary a bit from 3,500 to 5,500 lbs total weight depending on the sub-model. If needed, you can find pdf copies of online.

For any towing more than across town, i prefer to tow no more than half of the total towing weight capacity .

I just did a trip to pick up a sonoma zr2 for parts. It was a complete truck. I pulled it on a dual axle car hauler, i was able to do it with my moms 2000 jimmy slt. Take it slow and stay in 3rd. Try yo keep the rpms down and you'll be good
