hypermiling in a blazer...i'm not so sure. I think every mod i've done has defeated the purpose of getting better MPG(except for gears in the axles). more weight, more drag, aggressive driving.... I'll take the car i guess

I have found 65mph much better than 75mph in terms of gas mileage. I get about 20-21mpg at 75 vs 23 at 65!

Narrow, smooth tires...nothing has cost me more MPG than fat AT tires. The stock-width Firestone Destination ("all-season") tires on my BlaZeR2 knocked off 2 mpg. BFG AT's (stock width) are slightly worse.
