1993 s-10 v6 4.3 4wd- engine not starting
I have a 1993 s-10 v6 4.3 4wd, i recently changed plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. after everthing was installed the engine would not run. it turns over, but will not attempt to even run. after a few times of triple checking the wire configuration, the results were the same. does anyone know what I could have done or is there just something out there that i missed?
check and make sure you didn't cross thread any of your spark plugs, saw that once on a ford explorer that had just 1 cross threaded that ran rougher then rough. make sure all your wires going back to your distributor are actually "snapped" on. you can push them on and they won't make actual contact. you can feel them click in when they are completly on. when you changed the rotor did you put it back in the same way as the one before.
