Default 1994 s10blazer 4.3L

I've been having trouble getting my blazer to run right. it starts strong but after around 10-15 minutes of driving it loses all acceleration. the more gas i give it the slower i go.
i recently replace the gas tank, fuel pump, fuel sending unit, fuel filter, and fuel pressure regulator?
any advice?

Might be a ECU issue, but thats just from one of my friends experiences with his car.

If it was a fuel problem i would think it would happen from the get go rather than 15 mins into driving.

But im no mechanic!
