Default 1995 blazer i have a question

there is a canister under the hood has a vacuum line connected to a T one goes on the back side of the canister the other goes down to a smaller line but i cant figure out where the other line goes down on the side is where ifound the rotten vacuum line but it was not connected to anything

We will definitely need more specifics to help you with this.
Where is this canister located in the engine bay, adding photos will help a lot as well. There are many things on these engines that have T connection vac lines that lead to smaller vac lines.
