That's a lot of miles. However, if everything checks out and it runs and drives fine, needs nothing replaced, etc., I would offer $1500 and go from there. I would definitely ask for any service records and what has been replaced recently. Check all fluids, look for leaks, etc.

Good luck.

i bought my 96 for $2100 had 178k on it at the time. a year down the road. i spun a bearing and it screwed everythign up. wound up paying around 700-800$ to get the engine rebuilt. (no to bad if you ask me) runs like new now and with all the other new parts i have about 4200-4500 in it total. and has 184k miles on it now

I paid $2k for my 96 with I think 112k on it and besides the gas tank needing to be replaced from rusting out after sitting with no gas in it it needed nothing to drive. So if I were you I would offer like $1300 and prolly wouldn't pay more than $15-1600. I'm sure you can get it for that and good luck!!!
