Default 1997 blazer electrical issues

Hey Im in need of some help....

My 97 Blazer I just bought is having some electrical issues. Its pulling way to much of a draw and I think I figured that part of it out. I just dont know if its associated with my other issues. The blinkers work, but both directions are blinking WAY too fast. All the bulbs are good seeing that I have replaced them all and the flasher unit just to play it safe. And to top it off, the gas guage "ticks" back and forth when the blinkers are on. Another issue is the radio. Sometimes the Radio is lit up but wont actually turn on unless I unplug then reinsert the Rad/batt fuse in the fuse panel. Any Ideas?
