Default 2000 blazer

went one morning to help the son work on his blazer and would not start so we changed the fuel pump and new tank and lines filter ...61 pounds at the motor with key on ...when we turn motor over it act like it wants to run but wont ..if i dump gas down the motor will run ....new ac plugs ....no wires or cap yet ....any one got any ideas .....thanks to any one thats willing to help

Well you have good pressure, and since you can run it when you dump fuel in the motor you know you have spark. Seems the fuel isn't getting from the line with the test port to the injector. I'm not familiar with the 2000, but does it have the same spider assembly the earlier ones do? If so I would pull the injector and have it tested or just replace the whole thing.

Try unplugging the MAF and starting it. It'll be a gray thing on the intake tubing. Hubby had same sort of issue, and its easy to see if it works or not.

it is the same as the older style and will try anything at this point .thanks for help every one .will let u know

Try to give it a jump, if the battery went south for any reason it will need to have a fair charge just to keep it running after it starts. No hot advice there but its worth a try.
