Default 2001 blazer LS VS 2001 S10 LS swappable parts..?

Driving a blazer,01 4.3. Having noise from the passenger front CVC joint. Are the CVC's interchangeable...? They are same year,a d engine could someone with experience help me out,thx...

The drivetrain is likely very similar.

What I do when I have similar questions is look up the part in question for both vehicles and see if the corresponding part numbers are the same or not.

You can do this at Rock Auto or at an online GM parts seller.

I'll second Christine's advice. I believe it is the same part on all non-ZR2 S-series trucks from 98-05. If they are both non-ZR2, then the CVs will likely be the same part, but verify the part numbers. It's easy to do, and only takes a few minutes of time.
