Default 2002 zr-2 Windshield Wiper Problem

I have a 2002 S-10 Blazer ZR-2. I just put in a new front wiper motor and had to remove the linkage to replace the attachment from the linkage to the motor. In doing this the wipers are no longer stopping or wiping in the ccorrect pattern. How do I adjust where the wipers start and stop? I have tried to fix the problem by moving the wiper arms on there posts but that does not seem to fix the problem. Has anyone dealt with this and knows how to fix this issue. Please let me know what I am doing incorrectly. Thank you.

Hi, Was the motor in start position when you attached the linkage to the motor. It's probably not the same lengths on the link arms, so you can not only move the wiper arms.

I figured out what to do. I loosened the nurls where the wiper arms attach so I could move the linkage around easily. then I loosened the nut that holds the pivot arm on the wiper motor and took that arm off and then but it back on in an adjusted position so that the arm was horizonal and facing toward the passenger side of my Blazer. Then I just tighened everything back up. Put the wiper arms back on and placed them so they were both on the lower part of the windsheild and then bolted them down. Now my wipers work great and begin and end where they are supposed to. Thank you for your comments. I hope whoever may be going through this will find my solution helpful. Happy Holidays everyone.
