If you go with the 2.5" suspension and 2" body you should have quite a bit of clearance for off road use. Trim a bit and ditch the plastic valence on the front bumper if you need to.

I only have 2" body, shackles and T-bar for 33's and would probably want to have 31's for off roading as I don't have a ton of clearance and rub on steep elevation rises.

Oh baby! Gonna read through your Build Thread tomorrow! =P That thing is hot. We have very similar starting points... my Blazer is Yellow though, which in my opinion is about the worst color in the world. Red, Black, White, Grey, Blue. All way better.
