can 2004 blazer be towed behind motorhome 4 wheels down

yes but i would recommend removing both driveshafts

There is no reason to remove the front driveshaft, but I agree on the rear driveshaft. I would disconnect it from the rear axle and strap it up under the truck keeping it pressed into the back of the transfer case.
