No, it'll ease into gear just like it does now. Critter there is using a trans brake I'd say.

I didn't know that. I thought he just had a Stall Converter, and there is another little Yota that I know just has a Converter but I couldn't find a video of him

Do yourself a favour and google torque converter and learn what one is and how it works.
Which is not to be rude, just that it will answer your question a lot better than the 20 question route. lol
