Default New plans. Any suggestions?

So Yesturday morning i was hit by a high school student while he was backin out of a parkin spot. Theres a little damage to the right passanger rear but nothin to worry about. The estimate was $1800 worth of damage. So with that said i want to put in a hi/lo HID conversion kit. some cragar soft 8's with some mud terrains and a little lift. you guys think 1800 is enough to pull this all off?

Ya that should be enough

And don't they make soft 8s in white? That'd be different
