Default '77 Blazer 2WD production

I inherited this truck from my dad many years ago as my first vehicle. We used it as a farm truck, then I had my fun with it. The odometer is broke at 286k miles, 4 transmission rebuilds, 1 engine rebuild (back in '86?). It is an awesome truck. It is now leaking many fluids, hasn't run in probably 6 years, and would need a complete overhaul to get back running...which I'd love to do.

One of the things that dad always said was that back then, they didn't build many 2WD K5's. I tend to believe him as the only one I've ever seen was an '81 a few years back down in Florida. Is there anyway to get production data for something like this?
