Default 95 Blazer 4x4 "w" vin#

I'm working on my Aunt's 95 Blazer she's owned since 95. It was backfiring, rough idling, fuel pressure leaking down, and stalling. It backfired so back it blew the muffler. Someone previously removed the catalytic converter. I did a pressure leak test and the Fuel pressure regulator was leaking and I presumed this caused the fuel drop and the the backfiring. It has a OBDII data port, but I believe it's on an OBD1 protocol. I don't have gm tech2 scanner and I reset the service engine light by disconnecting negative battery cable. My Autel 808 showed "zero" codes, but unable to run live tests. The service engine light is no longer on. The IAC is unresponsive when disconnected and it appears someone has tampered with the harnessed wiring. I need a VCM pinout and wiring schematic to trouble shoot IAC/VCM output signals/voltages/grounds. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.
