99 ZR2 Rally Button

Hi found a 1999 Blazer ZR2 4x4 that I am looking at buying but it has some sort of button by the steering wheel and says "rally" on it what is this for and what does it do? Thankyou

thats a good question. what ever it does it isnt stock. Maybe he has some kind of pcm tune that is programmed to act differently when that button is pressed?
