If they actually fix that I would get rid of it quickly its never gonna be the same truck. I know here that would be written off with a buckled roof and trashed side. that rear quarter is pretty expensive.

I would just pay the 1K and take the check. Also yellow is a hard to find color. I know after an accident the car is never the same.

mysterious noise here, rattle there, then this quit working right after we fix that...
Now that tire is wearing funny...

yeah, as much as I hate to admit it, they are right.

my 98 went through that after I had a 3500HD park in the Bed
Then it was Lights, wires, tires, crimped fuel lines, fuel pump, this squeaks, that rattles...

ORIGINAL: SmokeU

was on my way to school going 65 mph when my back end starts sliding out and fishtailing all over the place

I almost got it back but then I went off the road and tipped on my side

the front tire blew out, fender flares are torn off or cracked, side of the car has dents all over it, mirror got ripped off, the passenger window got blown out, and the windshield is cracked on the side

I believe there is some interior damage as well and I don't know if my sub and amp are broken

I came out of it with a bump and scratch on my head (yay seat belts)

pics may or may not be on the way
Good to hear you are ok. As for your truck, if the insurance company total loss the truck you could always buy it back from the insurance company and just pick up another 2 dr 4wd blazer and just swap the body onto your ZR2 frame.

I agree with the majority here. I would just let it go, yeah yellow Blazers are not that usual but it CAN be replaced. You can find another Blazer you like and paint it. I actually keep finding little things wrong with Jenna and I hate to admit it but it is more thanlikelly from the accident, I bought her that way though.

All I did was just slid off the road into a ditch filled with 6 feet of snow which actually made it a pretty smooth crash... its not like I rammed into a tree going 100 mph

I mean my sub didn't even move out of place

from what I have been tolled its just body work that needs to be done

My sister in-law just had an accident similar to yours and totalled her Trail Blazer. She was making the loop to get onto the freeway, she ended up doing a 180 to her left hand side and she ended up hitting a guard rail first with the front then with the rear of the Trail Blazer. if it wasn't for the guard rail, she would have flipped off of the on ramp and possibly into traffic. In plain view it appears like just the bumpers and grill need to be replaced, but the insurance co. said it's totalled. BTW in her case it had just started to rain.

I got hit by a fsc just behind my rear drivers side tire damage lookedlike nothing serious the insurance paid out was $1800 so with yours needing the quarter cut out and replaced, the roof cut out and replaced, fender, door, window plus windsheild pluswhatever straightening it needs I would bet there is about $8000 repair on that if not more.
It doesnt matter how smooth you think it was it still has major damage.
