They are just ordinary bulbs. They sell them right next to the regular bulbs for the reverse lights. When I first put them in, I hit reverse and it lit up my entire driveway lol.

Thats crazy... I have The same taillights as you and I can't see anything without the other lights.

I can light up my driveway half decently with my reverse lights... Kinda hard to tell, I've got a street light really near it, lol, but when I turn on my extra reverse lights, I can see clearly out my back window...

I live outside of town so there are no streetlights. Only the moon...and sometimes it ain't even there! Extra lighting is a must, simply because I have back over too many toys and crap.

Ever hear of the walk around? lol j/k

I think my blue bulbs are rated for 27W

and my driving lights on the roof, if I remember right, are rated for 55W a piece...

Just got done adding mine to the rear roof yesterday. Thanks drperry the origional idea. I'll have to get some pics up.

No, just putting them up there in the first place. I ran the wires through the back hatch.
