type of smoke? white? black? blueish?

TBI rebuild is cheap. 15$ gasket set, less than 100$ with new decent brand IAC and injectors.

How does it run? Turning smoothly?

Could still be a messed up temperature sensor or something else electrical.

Hard to tell with an electrical wiring which is at best very doubtful. I even see loose strands of cables, or is the orange one going into the firewall?

It starts right up after I replaced the coil and seems to be running decent just drowning on gas... Walking over to get a tbi rebuild right now and yea the wiring is funky but it is running and my coolant temp sensor is pretty new as well most of my sensors are new other than crank position and tps and iac everything else pretty much is less than a year old I'm omw to the parts store and when I get back and put it all back together I'll let you guys know how it goes thanks again guys really do appreciate it

I replaced the coil and swapped the fuel pressure regulator out and new plugs and wires and it's running great

Next I was going to suggest the Fuel Pressure Regulator, I did a full tune up on mine and it was still missing and running rich, replaced that, and it runs like a million bucks. Now I just have to figure out why the heat likes to play hide and seek whenever it feels like it.

Well now that it's been running great for 2 days I get in to go to work and crank it up and start heading to work then it gets this funky miss and service engine soon light comes on and it wants to stutter alittle when I step on the gas peddle from the stop sparkplugs gapped to .35 all my spark plug wires are set 165432 and new coil I guess I should check timing??

Timing would manifest itself all the time. It would not normally run great and then not, except if the distributor or the cam sensor had moved.
Checking it, may just make sure that it is "not" the culprit.

Cody, I really hate to bring this up. It is hard to read and understand your sentences because they all run together. Please use punctuation such as periods..... comma's, colons : and so on. If that isn't available, just use a / to divide your sentences. If that isn't convenient , try using a space bar so they don't run together. As Jerry Maguire once said : Help me, help you ! Thanks, Jim
