Unhappy blazer oil pressure drop related to noise that started the exact same time?

ok heres what happened. yesterday i bought a blazer ls, 104k on it, drove fine all day, today i start it up and i had engine noise progressively got worse, stalled out twice while trying to reverse, then i noticed no oil pressure at all, at idle or stop signs, when i got her to around 50mph the engine noise is gone and oil pressure is around 40. but again when i get into first second third it make mad noise, so i stopped driving it, i think its the oil pump is bad, oil level is fine, oil is clean, noise gets worse when revved, whats wrong? im mking payments on this truck and i cant drive it!!!! help!!!!
