okay, so did the Venture blow the red? Because your post earlier made it sound as though your dad went through. And what is that exactly that they pulled out of your dad's head?

I wouldn't even consider a re-build, as we'd say where i'm from "C'est fouré bien comme-il faut!" That's french for F.U.B.A.R.

haha its funny you said that
thats almost exactly what my dad said
they were tryin to put him on the backboard
and he was like get me the hell off of here
all i got is a little cut on my head lol
and thats my aunt, my aunt and uncle was oppisite the guy they ran into
they saw the whole thing
it was a big coincidence
they were pretty freaked out
but my dad was just like, whatever lol
he even told them not to numb him to put the stitches in
he was ready to get back home lol

and yea the venture ran the light
he was on his cell phone
he was coming out of a side road of the highway as my dad was going down the highway
he t-boned him and kinda spun around into him and thats how the pass. side got messed up
and we dont know
he says he thinks his head hit the overhead console and we think it was from there
his head almost touches the ceiling anyway when driving it

also the insurance said they will give us 4750 for the blazer
which aint too far away from the book value at 4800

heres some pics from the impound yard
they flattened out the hood a little
almost the whole body is pushed 6 inches back
theres a huge ripple in the pass. floorboard where it was moved back

Wow man, both of those wrecks really suck..... My 94 blazer was totaled back in march. Got rearended in bardstown ky, lady in a car wasnt paying attention and slammed into me. Hit the trailer hitch my dad built and shoved driver side frame forward. Glad everyone is ok, as everyone else says blazers can be replaced, lives cannot.
