Blazer's goin in the garage for a makeover.....
#1
Well, my blazer is finally going into my garage for a well overdue makeover... nothing drastic, but tell me what you think..... I am adding the following:
- Front TB crank (it is no longer my DD so I don't care about the side effects)
- Snergy Off-Road 1.5" rear lift shackles
- 1.5" front wheel spacers
- 2" rear wheel spacers
- 31 x 10.50 x 15 BFG MT's (unless they look like they'll rub, then ill just keepmy 30x9.50 BFG AT's)
- Pilot 130W off road lights on brush guard and on the roof (I hate my KC Daylighters they are overrated)
I got my wife-to-be to agree to this in turn letting her move our wedding up to October...lol This should hold me over till I get out of school, then if I still have the blazer looking good it will get a 6" Superlift F.I.T. lift and a 5.7L swap....muahahahahaha... anyways, let me know what ya think, unless it is rude and uncalled for..lol

Sounds good. Looking forward to seeing it when its done. I have a couple more months till mine gets to be overhauled a little, but it will be in parts. I'll post up once I start that stuff. Nice ideas.

Post up pics of the before and after. Especially the spacers to see how much they actually stick out.

looks like im keeping my BFG AT's for now, they are less than 1 inch smaller than 31's plus I just got them and dont really wanna throw $500 down the tubes. All the other mods are still on....
Im gonna start working on it as soon as the weather clears up because I dont actually have a garage. I just got tags for it today..lol its been sitting for a little while......
anyways, heres the before pics...

I will get some pics of the wheel track width before I start....

Look forward to seeing the mods. Yours should take a lot less time than my most recent project. I've been working on the '90 Blazer since March.
