Question Blend door actuator... update

Got the actuator in and flushed the core out got some heat but still have issues. Pic shown only moves to one side from center and will move to the middle but not to the complete to the other side. Not sure why at this point.Did recalibrate it.

Also we checked all the vacuum cans manually and work fine and will not work otherwise have an issue with the selector switch leaking.

How much vacuum should I have at the selector? and is there anyway to test the potentiometer that controls the hot cold selector? need some values to check this with a multi meeter.

Checked all vacuum lines for leaks with a vacuum hand pump gauge holds firm. All lines are clean no trans fluid.

Any ideas????

Thanks mike

Have you tried Rock Auto.com? They have tons of OEM parts. JC Whitney is good too.
