Yea... I carry a stock size spare for now until I get around to the whole "outside swing away tire carrier on a 4dr" thing.
Now it's time for you to think about lifts and even bigger tires!

I took her on a trail run with our 4x4 club =)

The spare on the roof isn't too bad.

Alright....so I've done some things that are long past updating.

Long ago I lifted her blazer, put matching 31x10.5's on it, installed some forward facing, and reverse lights, a CB, and did a basic tune-up...here are some pictures:

Day 1:

Lights:

Lift and Tires:

View from my street:

Today I got the fuel filter changed, oil changed, rear shocks installed, and finally mounted the CB antenna right where she wanted it.

Shocks:

Antenna:

Another of the antenna:

My wife even got a little dirty =P

Next up on the list is an idler arm and front shocks. Hopefully the weather and time will cooperate.

Those...I got from Northern Tool. Best off-road lights I have ever used. They only cost $12 each...no lie. I went back to get more for my truck but they were out. =( I'm not sure what they are called exactly...wish I had of saved the box...but the cover that snaps on says "SRS" across it. Any of their utility lights are really awesome and cost about the same though. I have some smaller ones on top of mine. The reverse lights I got from there too.

Haha, yeah she hates the rims too. Yes the lights are on the stock roof rack. Holding up well so far.
