Bought Nerf Bars, NEED HELP!
A local guy was selling a pair of chrome Ram Off-road nerf bars for 95-04 4dr blazers for $70 so i hopped right on that and snatched them up asap.
Only question is, how do i install them. i know the rear end bolts on to the front leafspring bolt, but i have to drill holes for the front part. How would i attach it with bolts to the frame in the front?

from some of the pics of nerf bars i've seen, it appears the should have a metal plate on the end and that gets bolted to the frame not sure if there r predrilled holes or not

theres a pic of the ones i picked up, on the squared end you can see the two holes in the nerf bar for the bolts, but there are no holes in the frame. I would just drill holes in the frame, but its a box frame so i cant really get my hand in there to tighten the nuts [:@]

My nerf bars mounted to the stock body mounts and not to the frame. I'll take a picture later today to show you.

Yea they usually always attach to the body mounts...the hockey puck bolts 5 on each side! should be two right in the middle of the truck that line up perfectly to your narf bars.

RE: Bought Nerf Bars, NEED HELP!
heres what ive deciced, im going to drill out 7/16" holes in the frame, and then use 1/2" sheet metal bolts to hold it in and just screw the bolts in and not worry about nuts.

My bars mounted up front with two 1/2 inch self tapping bolts, leaf spring bolt out back. I drilled 3/8th pilot holes for the front and bolted them up, easy job
