I am new to this site, and I have tried the search function, but I cannot find any info on brush guards for a 2nd generation Blazer. I have a 1973. Will a guard for a 1981 Suburban fit? I didn't think there was any difference in the frame where it bolts up, and I found some on ebay.

pretty sure the frames are the same but there was two different front bumper designs. i dont know when they changed, if it was years or options or what. but thats kinda what you have to look out for. theres this style where the bumper is kinda skinny




and then this is the more common bumper that i have always had on all my trucks


usually the brush guards for these trucks sit flush against the bumper so just make sure its for the bumper you have
