It will bolt up fine (the frames didn't change, it was mostly cosmetic changes from the 95 style to the 98). The only problem I could see is it looking a bit funny since the headlights were a lot different on the 98's vs the 95's. The sizing and proportions might be off a bit (for the brush guards themselves)

i was looking at the lights, it shouldn't look too weird.

Yeah, Hunter makes some really nice stuff. I'll be looking at them when I'm in the market for a brush guard..

Sisk, to be honest: I think I'm going to get the one off of the Hunter site, and if it looks a little weird, just fabricate it to look more appropriate. I thank you for your help though.

the problem is that the other ones posted are for 98-04 or whatever. As far a I can tell, these would have a goofy fit on the 95-97 because of the front end differences and what not. or am I wrong on that?
