Default Brush guard mounting problem

Well i bought a brush guard for my 2000 chevy blazer got it bran new from a guy for 26.00 bucks anyway it does not mount to where to tow hooks come out it is a Wildcat flash grille guard made for a older blazer this a link to one just like it
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...d=150409030395
But i am think if i could find a L shaped bracekt to come out from the tow hooks i could still mount it up and just attach the top mounts to the bumper and the bottom ones to the l bracket anyone know where i could find L brackets made for where the tow hooks mount up or a better way to mount this

Someone else on here had the same problem with a different grille guard. I believe it is a "show" bumper and is to be mounted to you bumper and not really to be used. And also the older Blazers (ones mentioned in the eBay ad) are the 1st gen and are completely different.
This is what it is supposed to be on. Note the two bolts on the front of the bumper. Theres probably two more on the bottom.
