Don't lift a 2wd unless you're building a pre-runner.

that sounds reasonable as far as price goes... is it certified and all that junk? Or are you buying it As Is?

I would never lower a truck, just because I hate the look but that's just my opinion. Also check the wobble in the front tires if there is a wobble at all and the tire is actually tight than more then likely it's going to need ball joints, control arms, etc.

Just speaking from experience. I bought mine and thought it was just going to be inspection pass and than license. Turns out the whole front end needed to be replaced.

Not fun.

Also, Blazer's are brutel on gas, if that's something to consider.

Do i check the wobble on the front end while driving? if so what do I feel for. And gas isnt really a problem right now im going to drive it to school and back maybe 10 miles a day I also didnt mention my dad owned an 89 blazer 2dr 4wd from 89-00 so hopefully he will know what to feel for

Just throw a jack behind the front tire on either side and check out the wobble. I know I wish I had done that with mine because I could have gotten it cheaper.
