Default Can't find the LED tail lights I have envisioned - help!

Ok guys, I'm looking at buying new tail lights and I simply cannot find the ones that I want.

To be more specific, this is the style I'd love to have on the back of my blazer.

Should be simple enough to find, right? It's just a grid of lights...

But, of course, they're impossible to locate. The closest thing to this that I can find is:

If anybody knows of where, or how, to look for these, please let me know!

Don't tell me that! Any threads in here with a how to? or even a few pointers? If it's not too difficult, I will most likely pursue this as a little project for myself.

Not bad. Are the blinkers flashing fast like some people have complained about?

Also, side note, are all red tail lights illegal? As pictured here
