Cap suggestions (radiator, oil..)
Someone mentioned I should get a Stant cap for my radiator on my new Blazerand I noticed there are two kinds; a safety release version and a regular...which is better? Are the moving parts on the safety cap prone to braking/letting air in?
I'm thinking of replacing the oil and fuel caps also with Stant caps. The "locking" fuel cap that came with the Blazer is seized up and the key is stuck in it, so that's definately got to go.
And I haven't checked the air filter yet...it's probably a no-name brand...should I get one of those K&N filters right off the bat?

RE: Cap suggestions (radiator, oil..)
I've used the Stant lever vent radiator cap on every vehicle I've owned. I don't see a need to switch the oil cap unless you just want to, but sounds like a new gas cap is in order. I choose to use Wix brand for all my filters.

I have always used the pressure release cap from stant as well. Works great and can be removed on a hot radiator!
