Default Change 4x4 from vacuum to manual , is it easy , 1998 blazer

Is it easy to change the 4x4 from vacuum to manual , do I just rig up a cable to pull where vacuum actuator was , does the truck have to be rolling to put in 4wd

Bravada shaft (or aftermarket) to replace the 2 piece axle shaft up front on the passenger side is mo' better than the posi-loc cable, though more expensive. You can convert your current transfer case to manual with a little bit of fab skills and some cutting on the tranny tunnel and the center console. Both are pretty easy to do yourself.
