can i use a tcase from a 97 blazer in a 95 blazer?

I believe you can, as long as you are sure that it's a matching TC. There were at least 3 used: the NP231 (manual shift), NP233 (3 button auto), and NP236 (4 button auto).

well there both 3 button auto
