Hello I have a 2003 Chevy blazer Ls 4 door I have had a evap code for the longest time and haven’t really bothered to mess with it but I just changed the fuel pump and while being under the blazer I noticed one of the line/hoses have been cut off of the vapor or carbon/charcoal canister what ever the term is for it I attached a photo below to reference the hose that’s cut/missing does anyone have a diagram or could someone explain to be or send me a video of where this hose leads to so I could replace it… I appreciate anyone help in advance
I hv a 2002 ZR2 with only 57,000 original miles, not driven much has a ck engine light on and code P0446 put on a new gas cap...oem rated. Checked fuel filler tube for rust..some but not bad. Had it scanned and attempted smoked. Was told scanner didn't pinpoint any area. Smoking didn't go through my system. Was told it is blocked. Suggested I start at the engine puge valve disconnect the line/hose and also disconnect the line at charcoal canister and try to blow air through. If the passes through then replace the charcoal canister. No air passage, then cut the line where it connects to plastic line...try blowing again...if it comes through then replace the rest of the line. Can I just add more air pressure and try to blow the blockage out? If get that line clear how do I know if the charcoal canister is the problem? Does this process sound correct? Is there anywhere to get the whole evap system diagram for my year and model Blazer, 2002 ZR2? I appreciate any and all help. Thank ou.

are you having problems filling your gas tank because the gas keeps backing up the fill tube and tripping the gas pump nozzle?
No. I haven't had that issue. Do you have access to a schematic of my vehicles evap system?
Post #2 is what I have. IDK how much the system varies by year, I just trace the lines to diagnose. Is that what your looking for or do you want help with diagnosis?

Yes I am trying to diagnose why my ZR2 throws code P0446. So I had the car scanned and smoked and learned that some evap line may be clogged. I am trying to remove the line from the charcoal canister but could not get it to come off and did not want to force it or break it. I will send a picture of what the clip looks like on my vehicle. I hope that you or someone can tell me how to get that off without ruining it. Then I plan to blow some air through that line to check for a blockage and go from there. A clear c of my vehicles evep sytem would be greatly appreciated. My next issue is a leak on my fuel return line. It appears to be leaking at an attachment or fitting on the frame where plastic gas line meets metal gas line. I also have have not been able to get that off. It is a plastic clip that looks to me like it has clamshells on the end that attaches to the metal fuel line. I have pushed in on what I believe are the releases on the clip and get the clamshells to close but can not get the clip to come off the fuel line. Is that the correct procedure? If I cant get that clip off how do I fix my fuel line so it won't leak anymore? As always I appreciate any and all assistance with these issues. Have a good evening.

Its been a while since I have removed those connectors but if i remember, there are two apposing openings on the side of the connector and you have to press into each opening to release the push to click set up. This likely either a failed vent valve (valve or wiring, a clogged cannister or the vent valve to cannister or cannister to purge valve blockage. The two most likely are usually the vent valve or the cannister but since you are not having a problem filling the tank then it might be the run from the purge valve at the engine to the cannister.
Thank you for the info and the vids. I had already watched them. I am having trouble getting the connection to come off the charcoal canister. I don't want to break them and they just don't want to come off. I will keep working on them. Mine look like this. Any suggestions on how to get them to come off would be appreciated. thank you. About the fuel line leak. I believe I have Dorman fuel line connector. It looks like this. How does that come off? Does it require a special tool?
