Default Custom Stub Axle

Hey guys, new here. Trying to help a friend identify his stub axle. It's supposed to be based off a 95 S10 front. Can you guys identify this? Also does it look dimensionally correct if so?

Nice Board! Loaded with info.

Looks similar but hard to say without dimensions. What is the application? A custom car of some sort?

Yes it is, it's being used for a IRS conversion. He wears out bearings in 500 miles. It was machined by The Driveshaft Shop years ago. He's a new owner of the car. The splined section is supposed to be 95 S10 and the CV side mates to Nissan pattern. Nissan IRS in a MGB powered by a Ford 302.

There's a miss fit.

You can see a shiny wear area at the front #1 point the diameter looks short from what I've seen for an S10. In the lower pic, you can see a gap, the stub axle is not seating.

A second question, what is the proper torque specs of a hub bearing for a 1995? I see conflicting number? Did they, GM mess up saying 180 lbs?
