Default Chasing Sparks

Looking for some assistance, I have a 1976 K10 I am restoring and I am having issues with the turn signals. As soon as I put power on with the key all turn signals flash. I can pull out the relay (both are new) and it quits. all the other lights work just as advertised. I put the turn signal relay back in and back to all flashing. I can turn on the LT or RT turn signal and it works like it is supposed to and the opposite side will quit flashing but it goes right back to all flashing when you return to the neutral position. I have added an additional ground from the engine to the frame. I have pulled all the assemblies out and made sure they have good grounds. I have used almost an entire can of contact cleaner on the fuse block and taken it apart at the fire wall, cleaned and re applied dielectric grease, still the same. About to loose my mind and start driving with my arm out the window to signal.

I know on the S10s the hazard switch can go bad and cause this. I'm not sure about the K10s though.
