Default E3 Diamond Fire plugs, anyone use them?

I've heard all the rave about these things, seen it on the Horsepower show too. Does anyone use them? Make a difference in gas mileage? Is it worth the extra cash for em?

Of course there's no such thing as a magic spark plug and even if these did make a tiny difference in the ignition of the fuel in the cylinder our engines would not notice the difference. They are just not highly tuned enough for the spark difference to have an effect. I doubt that they would hurt the engine, though.

I have heard many reports of these burning out prematurely.

Best just to stick with the double platinum AC Delco's.

Ive had E3s in my blazer for over a year. I dont think they are any better or worse. I dont get to good mpg 16 to 17 when i baby it. When i get new plugs will be delcos not really worth even the .50 cents extra each in book.
