Alright the code I got I beleive it was p 0452 I think was the code. What the reader said was Evap emissions pressure Low. if I remember correctly. I've had a problem before with the smog pump or the air pump unit. but I don't remember the code. Is this the code for that or something else? Or did the valve go bad? Help needed severly. Thanks in advance

P0452 is the Fuel Tank Pressure sensor circuit, it will set a SES when it has less than .1v or more than 5v, anything in between would indicate a problem with the pressure sensor. The sensor is located in the fuel pump mountin housing on top of the tank. It could be wires have either gotten corroded the connection is broken or the sensor is bad....see if the dealer will print out this document, Document ID# 440920, it is the troubleshooting document for this code...

P0452 is fuel tank pressure sensor circuit low.
First I'd make sure the gas cap is sealing properly. Clear the code and see if it resets.
If that doesn't do it, you'll need to get to the top of the fuel tank and
[ol][*]Inspect the Control Module harness connectors for the following conditions:-[/ol]
Improper mating-
Broken locks-
Improperly formed-
Damaged terminals I guess I'm not quick enough to post faster than some ^^^^^^
