I have a 2001 chevy blazer and the front passenger seat doesnt want to rcline. I removed and inspected the little lever on the right side. Lever is good and so is that little metal peice. Its gotten on my nerves that ive phisicly pulled the lever and through myself back to force it to recline and nothing. Anyone have any ideas on what it can be. Before i pull out the seat. Thnx
