Power Seat Wont Recline
Question for everyone - I am swapping to power seats in my 99 Blazer and after putting in the driver side I have front/back/tilt movement but the lumbar and recline functions do not work. I checked voltage coming from the switch for the recline and it is working, but I am not hearing any motor noise whatsoever when I move the switch.
So here is what I'm curios about:
1) How do I get to the recline motor? (not sure how to disassemble the seat)
2) Is the lumbar/recline problem connected?
3) Any other suggestions?
Thanks in advance!

sounds like the seat recline motor is out, you have to remove the seat, then the backrest and tear the seat down.... but before u tear it down see whats accessable with it upside down on a bench
by moving the switch u should be able to tell which motor does what
