Default Fuel injector questions

2000 blazer, i have isolated my problem to the #3 cylinder fuel injector.

What i cant figure out is if i have to replace the whole web of injectors or can i buy just a single injector? I just dont want to spend $300 if i dont have to. broke college student.

You can replace just one injector. More than one and the cost is approaching that of the upgraded MFI injector pack and you could get an imbalance due to old vs new injector flow rates being off.

I had that same problem with my grocery getter. #3 kept misfiring and i went through replacing the injector and pressure regulator when come to find out it was the distributor gear the whole time. It was chewed up in just one spot, found a almost new one in the junk yard for 20 bucks. Problem solved.
