i cant eat the nasty greasy stuff anymore. if i go to mcdonalds and get a double cheese burger with fries my heart starts beating all weird, i think its getting clogged with yummy goodness.

but even pizza, all that grease seems to dehydrate me for some reason. when i was a teenager thats all i did was eat crap and then i would be outside playing basketball or riding my bike all day though

McDonalds.... I had to give that stuff up YEARS ago, big time rocket fuel and "Type A Jet fuel" all in one There's a greasy spoon hamburger joint around here, maybe 12 people would fit in there at one time: 1/2 pound, lots of cheeze, lettuce, mayo, drippy, sloppy, make a mess, yummy, best burger ever... and no rocket fuel effect!

Haha good post!! I dont consider my self 'old' yet...turning 45 next month. BUT I do feel it more often. I just got out of my 2 wheel hobby of riding/racing sport bikes...been on 2 wheels since I was a youngin..but now..my knees and lower back SCREAM if I ride longer than a few miles lol. I go to the gym 3-4 days a week still, but shoot just 2-3 yrs ago I would go 5-6 days easy. It is what it is...as long as I wake up in the morning and still remember why I walked in the bathroom...im good with aging. =D

I turned 40 a a couple years ago and was diagnosed with diverticulitus. But as stated before getting older beats the alternative.

I rarely eat in McDonalds. They load their food up with salt. No wonder it hits you like jet fuel, high sodium can blow your blood pressure through the roof.

My brother-in-law is friends with a McDonalds manager. He was over at thier house one night and we were talking and what he told me abou the way the food is prepared, got me a little ill. Their sweet tea for instance is basically tea flavored sugar water.
