Hi Everyone!!
I have not logged in for awhile, too many things going on, I'm back in Florida.
Now that certain things have gotten better (for now) I've been able to get some issues attended to with my blazer.
In florida I could not find a good mechanic to work on my truck.
I found a mobile mechanic who is actually ASE certified and he does this a full time and he is an ex-marine.
So I went to napa and bought a delphi fuel pump, fan clutch, monroe coil over shocks and new sway bars.
He installed everything today and the truck does not sag anymore, it starts better and rides better, he charged me 200.00 for labor for everything.
Next week the new spider injectors go in and new monroe reflex front shocks.
OH BTW, the blazer rattle WAS found today, I told him about the rattle that has been pissing me off.
Turns out it is the passenger shock, specifically the bold that goes no the top. the top of the shock moves he check that the bolt was tight; I told him when I replaced the shock I used a electric impact gun.
it was tight alright but as the truck was bounced upand down you can see the top where the bolt goes through the mounting of the shock that the shock moves.
Thus the "RATTLE".
So the shock is the culprit. I just figured to pass that along.

Thanks.
It's been a rough ride the past 8 months for me.
I'm also thinking of getting this hood, what does everyone think?

The "Blazer Clunk Or Rattle" on the passengers side is gone!!!!!
Replaced the front shocks with Monroe reflex and the mechanic informed me that the bolt for the passengers side was not tight, tight enough but not the way it should be.
He installed the new shocks and used a torgue wrench and took it for a ride no clunk or rattle!!!!!
for those with the passenger side clunk or rattle try tightning the bolt.
That (as alot of you know) drove me nuts for 2 years and 2 sets of shocks.
that bolt would be the last thing I would thought of!!!!!
