Default How do i increase my fuel milege

Have a 1997 4d 2x4 LT 4.3 vortec all stock and get about 10 mpg!?!?!?!

Have no clue what it could be, i drive about 8 miles (ALL CITY) there and back with about 10 stop lights

Ok so the basic things you can do is make sure your oil is good and check your air filter and clean it. Clean your MAF and TB, check your spark plugs, make sure all your tires are inflated properly. Is there a check engine light or anything wrong? 10mpg is not normal for a stock blazer.
